Analyses, simulation and engineering all under one roof

Based on experience, we generally offer all-inclusive service packages in analysis, simulation and engineering. This has the advantage that integrated solutions all originate from one source, reducing interfaces. Of course, we can also offer our services on a modular basis if desired.

Following the qualitative description of problem areas and goals, we commence with modeling. This involves analyzing existing data, compiling more data if needed, surveying staff from all levels of the organization and using the results to form quantitative models. If no historical data is available, we use computations based on professional estimation methods and suitable approximations. As specialists for data analysis methods we are familiar with and employ a broad range of proven data analysis tools. We can also evaluate and employ our clients' preferred tools upon request.

Once the data have been analyzed, and the company and its processes have been modeled as a system, we start to approach the question of which process changes create the best value enhancement for the overall system. We arrive at our answer using computer-aided simulations. Based on these realistic simulations of dynamic processes, we are able to identify the inter-dependencies between all the factors influencing the system, as well as identify and eliminate problem areas. In this way we are able to test the effectiveness of various optimization concepts and measures in a virtual setting without disrupting daily operations.

We use visual aids to present our solutions and results. These clear and easy-to-follow visualizations are ideally suited for making a convincing case at all hierarchical levels. It goes without saying that our clients also receive the simulations for their own future use and further development. As simulation specialists we have access to the most up-to-date software tools and select the optimum tool based on each individual case.

We develop integration concepts and individual IT solutions with seamless data migration. In doing so we consider the future compatibility of our in-house developed solutions so that future work can be based on them. Our development environments are object oriented and designed to be platform independent.

As a specialists for IT development we have a strong background in Unix and Windows, as well as Access, SQL Server, Oracle and MySQL for database creation. In addition, we are fluent in over ten programming languages – including object-oriented languages. We are also well versed in the VS.net and Eclipse development environments.
